Borderline privacy policy
Last updated: 1 November 2026
Borderline is a game made by Daniel Caddick-Brown. This policy covers the Borderline app for iPhone and iPad.
The short version
Borderline does not collect, store or share any personal data. It makes no network requests while you play.
What stays on your device
Your settings (theme, sound, kingdom name, colour and emblem), your Long-mode worlds and your Daily result are stored on your device so the game remembers them. They never leave your device and the developer cannot see them. Deleting the app removes them.
What we do not do
- No accounts.
- No analytics.
- No advertising.
- No tracking.
- No third-party software development kits that collect data.
Sharing
If you tap "Share result" in Daily mode, the iOS share sheet opens with a short text line. What happens next is up to you and the app you choose. Borderline does not send it anywhere itself.
Children
Borderline collects no data from anyone, including children.
